1. How do I get to Paleochora?

- From the airport of Chania:

By car: Leaving the airport drive to the NATIONAL ROAD, direction† Kissamos/Kastelli. Drive app. 25 km and take the exit to Tavronitis/Paleochora. From there itís another 50 km to Paleochora.

By bus: You have to go to Hania City bus station (called KTEL in Greek). During the winter months there is a bus leaving Hania to Paleochora† at 8.30h, 12.15h, 15.30h. In the summer there are an additional 2 busses a day. The bus ride takes 2 h.

By taxi: From the city of Chania to Paleochora. If you wish we can send the local taxi driver to pick you up.

2. How do I get to Paleochora Camping?

From Paleochora to Grammeno Camping, you can catch a taxi at a small cost.

3. How late can I arrive at night?

Anytime , if you will be arriving late after 10 pm please inform us in-advice so we can be waiting for you.

4. Is there parking space available in Paleochora Camping?

There is plenty of parking space.

5. Are there beach towels provided?

No beach towels provided

6. Is there a kitchen with a refrigerator?

Yes, there are kitchen facilities with refrigerator.

7. Where can I wash my clothes?

You can wash your clothes in the washing machine which at a cost or by hand in our washing area .

8. How long do I have to walk to the beach?

It takes no time to walk to the beach as the camping is situated directly on it.

9. When is check out / check in time at the guesthouse?

Check out 11.00am - Check in 12.00am

10. Can we bring our dog?

Yes, No holiday is complete without your best friend. All dogs are welcome. They must remain on a lead on the site at all time !

11. What do I do if I need a Doctor or a Dentist on holiday?

Grammeno Camping can inform our Doctor or† Dentist to come to the campsite and see our customers.
